Those are USA spec turn signals for the 94-95 E320-E420. They fit all other W124's even the earlier ones with no problem.

From your local Mercedes dealership. You'd better be sitting down when they tell you the price, though. Only the 'Gen 2' parts are still available new... those are meant for the 1994/95 models. The Gen 1 kit was styled differently, and was meant for 86-93. I still want a Gen 2 bumper myself, but haven't found one used.

according to my notes from when I bought one of each when I was in germany, the above are the bosh ones, and the below are the hella ones.

I can confirm with my own eyes, that the hella lights are slightly darker clear, than the bosch ones. I personally think that the hella ones look the best.
Fast-forward to 2010 - is there a good source (new/NOS or good condition) for the Bosch or Hella front clear corners?
