I think that these are incredible cars, and there is so much to love about them. However, my favorite thing is that I can pull up at the stop light next to some pimply-faced kid in a Mustang GT and BLOW THEM AWAY! The sleeper aspect is very cool.

I love my 6.9 as well although I have never had a chance to race a Mustang GT. Presumaby a '90 model?...0-60 in 8 seconds? The 6.9 will do 60 in 7.7 seconds? Has anyone tried that? I am wary of frying my torque converter since I am not a millionaire like the previous owner although I aspire to be one so that I can further restore a magnificent car! I enjoy the car itself for many reasons a few of them are...

1. Jean Reno (or a stunt driver who looks like him) did a reverse 270 degree spin in Ronin with a 4400lb car
2. anonymity - people automatically think you're a diesel so they assume you're a slow car... quite wrong as you pass a GSX-R on the left
3. telling people your car has hydraulics!
4. the exhaust rumble sets off car alarms in parking garages
4. the naughtiness of the model name

By the way has anyone in this forum had success stories racing other people?
