Shift Knob/ Chrome surround
Hey guys...
I am upgrading the shifter area on my 89' 300E Questions for all of you out there: 1. Has anyone bought the chrome shift surround off of Ebay? ($25) The Performance Products one is way to expensive! ($50) 2. Has anyone bought the threaded shaft from anywhere? 3. Where did you buy your shift knob? and How much was it? Thanks in advance.

I purchased my chrome shift surround from the M-B dealer.
Something like $ 9.00 . Here may be another source for you, for some " stuff ": http://www.formymercedes.com/mb.asp
