I have read numerous past posts and was wondering what was the lowest spring pad I should go with Front and Back? I understand that the rear does not have camber adjustments. I want the car to be able to be aligned but I also want it to be as low as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It would make life easier to know before I install springs so I can put the right spring pads in.

I have eibachs on my 89 300E with 1 dot pads all the way around. I havent noticed any troubles with my tires and its been 2 years this January. I actually did the springs in January, and then redid the pads about 6 months later. When I did the pads I noticed the ride gets a lot bumpier (I like it that way though). At first I wanted my car slammed, but then I came to the conclusion there is no real way to do it without hacking the springs up. Anyways, Im perfectly happy with my car, and although it was pricey, its nice. If u want I can take a picture or two of it and send them to you.
Thanks! Drew |

A picture would be nice only if thats not a problem. Have you had the car on an alignment rack since to check the camber? Also how many miles have you put on the tires since you lowered it?
