I have a 1995 C280 with Bilstein HD's (installed within a weeek) front and rear and 16x7 and 16x8 wheels/tires. Will the cornering be sufficient with the Bilstein shocks or this anothe cheap way to flatten out the cornering or get rid of body roll or posssible firm up the steering wheel, take some of the boosting out. Anyhow, I don't have a lot to spend, and just wanted to make the car corner better like putting swaybars on it.
Please advise on the best solution. Thanks, Troy |

One thing MB does to make car ride like a Mercedes is to use very soft springs. For handling you need to increase spring rate & or lower the car. Removal of spring pads or the use of SPORT springs will help. Springs are less expensive than shocks.
