Source for Remus products (W124)
Hello ShopForum,
During the past year, I have searched quite extensively for a Remus exhaust for my W124 E420. Several 'authorized dealers' came back with answers to the effect "Remus no longer stocks the product in North America, we could try importing directly from Austria for a $250 USD surcharge". Thank you for the kind offer but no..... living with the horrid exchange rate is painful enough. This morning my Remus exhaust (#508594 0548) arrived in the post from California. I purchased through - of all places - The Wheel Exchange (www.thewheelexchange.com). Cost? $640USD plus $40 insured shipping. Apparently Remus USA *does* stock the older products in a warehouse in California. If you are searching for a Remus exhaust for your older vehicle, drop them a message at sales@thewheelexchange.com, or call and ask to speak with Adam Hedspeth. -DM

The current PerformanceProducts catalog shows Remus exhaust systems for the W124. Call them.
