Mosselman Website

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me determine the neaest dealership for these turbos. I went to the website and entered my user name and password to enter the dealership section, and it just wouldn't let me in.I Live in Palm Beach County in southeast Florida. Also, what is the cost of this turbo? I have an '87 300E.I would appreciate any members comments who have this turbo. It sounds too good to be true:increasing the horsepower from 177 to 292.I have the older engine, not as refined as the '93-95 124's engines.Would I have greater torque even at lower RPM's?Is it worth it to get this turbo, or am I better off trading to the '93-95 124's (I have a limited budget---just want to see if the turbois cost effective).

confused!?!?

I'm lookin' through their site, and I don't see any turbo charging kit for V8 and V12 engines for Mercedes-Benz...why not? Do I need to fork out $30,000US to RennTech to bore out my engine to get any form of power outta my V8?

emr 50, I'm glad you listened to what I said. The 300E does lack bottom end torque. Personally I think that it would not be worth doing the Turbos to the car. Just upgrade. AS I wrote in your earlier post about the 300E and told you about the hp increases, I think that it would be wiser to move up. If your heart is set on Tubos, then buy a lowmilage 94 E320 and do the Turbos. just go back to what I wrote in your original post. Email clinton for how much he paid, and the installation.

DuckMuck,

I found applications for the V8's, its on this page, http://www.mosselmanturbo.com/index2.htm. You have to scroll through to the bottom of the list box and you'll find superchargers for the W126 chassis only in the 5.0 engine?

If they have been in business for so long you would figure that they would offer more kits?

Is it true that they are not really a quality kit like I have read before?

Has anybody any new news on the Kleemann Kits coming to North America?

Here's there link, http://www.kleemann.dk/start.htm.

Welllllll,
Now that someone asked, we are in the process of becoming the east coast distributor of Kleeman if possible. Our shop will be up and running inside of 5 months now that we have broken ground...
We have talked with the rep. already...
The kits installed will be about 10k dollars or so. This will be with a warranty on the parts and a before and after dyno sheet.

What Kind of performance gains would be expected from a supercharger on a 97 E 420. Would I be able to go Vett hunting HEHE, Oh and can you guys become Mosselman dealers as well, not just Kleenan. You know I think that we have a future RennTch or AMG starting out down their in Georgia.

Ahsome News!

Thats great Benzmac,

Will the Kleemann kits you will carry allow you to cover most Mercedes models? Like say a 500E?

This may indeed be a very good Year! Santa WAS listening.

Georgia again?!?

Wow, So far Georgia is going to be the powerhouse for "affordable" MB tuning. First Bekkers and now this new thing that's going on......Anyway, what about the midwest? hehe....wishful thinking eh? Well, at least I still got my own two hands. If anyone is in the Midwest area and wants to turbocharge thier Benz or help....I'll do it for them for a small fee. Well, If I'm ever on the Southern East coast I'll stop by and say hello. Glad to see that MB tuning still exists and is growing nicely....good luck.

So far, the superchargers are available for the 112 v-6 and the 111 4-cyl.
The 113 v-8 will come soon. They claim an extra 100 horses or so I think. I have the spec sheet somewhere, but I have lost it.
