If memory serves me right there is a company in the area (Metro Toronto) that offers cross-drilling OEM rotors. I simply can not justify paying up to US$200.00 for these from aftermarket companies, specially when OEM cost me about CAN$60.00 (even if they offer more density/larger diameter/bigger swept area to compensate for the removal of rotor material).
I would like to get some feedback from members regarding this idea. I admit this would be strictly for cosmetic purposes (I try to drive so that there is rarely a chance to abuse my brakes, hence no need for extra heat dissipation, however I will do it without hesitation if I have to and I love the amazing braking power I get from the stock brakes as dusty as they are) but they look so damn cool. I have used a company called Best Price for cross-drilled rotors, I think they were in Ontario. Also have web-site? They supplied OE quality rotors, Brembo, Or will cross-drill rotors that you send them!
