Yes, the W126 uses their own pads specific to that chassis only
fronts come in 4 sizes from 8mm-23 mm p/ns 126 321 (07,08,09 or 10 for each size) 84...so a 8mm pad is 126 321 07 84
3 rear sizes from 9.5mm-19mm p/ns 115 325 (22,23 or 24) 44 :)

Gosh...didn't read Qs post date...its from 2000! Hope he got his info. :D

Artie...what pads are on your fronts? 4 bump? I don't think the shocks or spring pads would contribute to the rubbing you have though. Is that tire too wide and the offset correct on your rims for that tire size?

Where were you able to find these spring pads on the W126? i've searched the net and my local dealers with no luck.
