I am looking into adding performance parts onto my SLK is anyone aware of dealer that carries performance parts for SLKs besides the normal Brabus, Renntech, Lorinser, AMG, and the like. I am especially trying to avoid the cost of these companies.

Try JC Penney, Sears or Montgomery Wards! They are now Mercedes tuners. (laugh)

What parts are you looking for? Probably the only parts you will find other that AMG, Brabus, Carlsson, Lorinser or RennTech will just be wheels and maybe a muffler.
