Supercharging the M104 and vacuum lines

I posted this elsewhere of other MB forums and as yet had no replies.
I need help with my Supercharger installation on my 2.8 M104 engine. The supercharger is installed and runs and now I'm sorting out the pipework.
Apart from the vacuum lines listed below, how have other people out there who have done this overcome the rocker cover breathers that go direct into the intake tube, whats the simplist way of routing these to the negative side if the blower.

I need to find out what all the vacuum lines are coming from the inlet manifold.

There are 6 vacuum lines I can see:

1. small pipe to the fuel pressure regulator
2. small pipe to the MOT valve (what is this?)
3. larger pipe to the brake servo
4. small pipe through the bulkhead near the battery (maybe A/C controls?)
5. small pipe towards the gearbox (gearbox vacuum pipe maybe?)
6. larger short pipe which I think goes back into the inlet manifold?

No 6. puzzles me. It's about 12mm dia. & goes from the manifold just behind the throttle body a few inches back into the manifold where it bolts to the head, underneath inlet tract number 3, and right next to it the same size pipe comes back out again and goes down towards the back of the oil or water pump. Its definately a vacuum pipe and not water.

I think I can leave the brake vacuum pipe as it is as it has a non-return valve, I think also the fuel pressure regulator pipe can stay.
As for the others do they need to be in constant vacuum or can they handle boost pressure? Which ones do I need to move to be just before the supercharger.

Any help will be well appreciated.
