Just came back from the powdercoaters and they took my silver Carlssons and made them gun metal grey/anthrite or as they call it black chrome.

Tell me what you guys think? I wanted a more industrial look and I think I got it!

looks very good, and is different. I like it.

Is that similar to how the EVO II Titanium wheel finish is?

nokia8860,

LOOKIN' GOOD!!!

Ashman,

I think the EVO II Titanium's have a more metallic look to it...more tint of silver (remember the picture I posted with the comparison between Silver, Polished, and Titanium)???

yeah but bekkers colors are soo off on those pics. The polished wheel based on saliya's pics are much brighter and look almost silver.

So the bekkers pics would have to be dark according to that comparison.

But I would think that gun metal is similar to them.

In anycase, Still love the wheels Nokia, How much did it cost to get done.

Thanks for the comps guys. Im really happy with how agressive the car looks now with the darker rims.

The cost was 165USD per rim and they can do almost any colour under the sun.

Took them 2 days to do everything

better shot of the wheels

The close up I posted was a little too over exposed so you really couldnt get a good look at the colour difference. Here is a shot a few feet away and you can really tell how the colour looks like...
