I’M LOCKING FOR A REAR PANEL (body kit) to make the FACE-LIFT of the trunk of my ‘92 W124 TO A '94, these is exactly what I’m looking for:

Try this thread - it says MB used them on certain 124 bodies. W124 Center Taillight Reflector
Your local MB dealer should be able to get the part.

What is a biller inner grill?? Is that a E-class "avantgarde" grill insert for the W124, or is it a big-centered star-grill insert?
D&W (URL mentioned in JCE's thread #) ahs several different grill inserts as well.

A BILLET INNER GRILL, may be a "avantgarde" grill, for what I understand it is a Sports grille insert for a W124 pre-93 model (check E Class W124-- BILLET INNER GRILL--) at http://www.waldjapan.co.jp/wald/p_catalogue/parts/mb_top.html

The filling for the rear trunk you can get it at the dealer like JCE said.
Go to this thread. Don't know about the billet insert.
