Getting out the headlights on my 300e

How do i go about getting the main head light on my 86 300E out and have a open hole to my intake. Preferably leaving the foglight?

So you want to remove a headlight, leave an air intake and run on a foglight.

What a plan! Why?

How's about taking a look at the fasteners. It's very basic. You reach in and squeeze the plastic latch which allows you to push the corner blinker out. Then there are two plastic twist connectors right on top of the light housing. Then there is the screw that holds the fascia piece below the light. Then I forget , but just look at and figure it out.

Why you want to do this leave the foglight in thing is beyond me. The air intake hooks up directly to the front on the car already, well designed IMHO.

Realize this is sort of a blunt response, but this is a very odd question.

the intake is gonna be right where the headlight is, so the air would be pumping through. Whatever i just wanted to do something race..y. The headlight is screwed up and foggy. Thats why im replacing with an all clear and shiny kit but until i get that in the mail I wanted to do this. I agree it sounds stupid i guess.
