1.What's the general concensus on air filters? I know that a couple of companies make some real high flow ones (like the Renntech one),but does the K and N improve? Anyone have the part #? 2. What wattage bulbs are you running in your Euro headlites.. I haven't checked mine, but are the 80/100's OK without a relay? I'm assuming it's an H4 bulb, but I haven't looked yet. thanks in advance for the info...allen

I use H4 Sylvania bulbs in my 1-piece headlamps.

RENNtech and Precision Auto Designs make larger volume airboxes for the 500E/E500 - but they both use/recommend the K&N filter, if I am not mistaken.

As I understand, the stock airboz flows fine until you get into a larger discplacement motor. I for one feel that the chip upgrade works well, and moreso with the K&Ns...I strongly recommend them, chip or not.

I run 80/100s in US-spec lights and they work adequately.
