Took some time, but my 400HP 16v is in the engine bay. pics.

Well I finally got my 16v in the engine bay.
Cant wait to see it run.



LS1 aluminum block and heads
C5 motor mounts and aluminum brackets
C6 exhaust manifolds
GTO front sump pan
custom crossmember, 3/16th plate and square tube

yes, an LS1 with c5 mounts/brackets and c6 exhaust manifolds(fit perfect)
had to cut the trans tunnel to fit the 4L60e automatic in.

Nice ! You should join www.ls1tech.com if you havent already.

We have a hibrid section and we alway like to see project cars with lsx motors in them.

I'm instaling an ls1 into my 1970 chevelle

Im gen3benz over there too. Are you jfman? Ill look you up.
There are 2 mercedes threads right now in the conversions section.
Also a twin turbo volvo wagon, insane fabrication on that one.
