How to defeat the traction control E320 W210

Any body know how to shut off the traction control on a 1996 E320 4 spd auto w/o leveling system?
I hate this feature when I dont need it.

Have you checked your owner's manual. There is a switch on my '97 S320.

My '96 E300 lacks any sort of switch, but has the ETS system. When you say E and traction control, it is best to specify which system you're talking about.

Mine is only slightly active in the rain. I have to try to use it, but that's probably because the NA diesel isn't so good at spinning the tires.

You're in an unfortunate situation with the '96. I would be too, if I needed to disable this feature. There aren't enough people with ETS who want to disable it, so nobody has figured out if it's possible or how to do it.

I'm not even sure as to the "chain of command" involved here, but I suspect that the wheel sensors on the '96 connect to the command-control module N10-1 (in the module box), which communicates to the pulse module N65 (in the underhood fusebox), which drives the ABS controller (you know where this sits). Later years use different parts for some of this.
