Rear Links on W124 300E 1987

I'm not sure if this is a simple or complicated DIY. I need to replace the bearing of the upper, forward arm/rod on the back wheels. Its the one with the large bushing/bearing that connects to perhaps the sub-frame. I believe this is a thrust rod/arm? Can someone tell me otherwise? And where I might get the appropriate part. I think I have to order the arms themselves and install/replace them. I checked all 5 arms on both sides with a screwdriver/prybar while the car was on a lift. We had the car in drive and kept braking to check each one for play. The only two are the most forward, upper arms at the top bushings.

I would like to order these along with a drivers side tie-rod assembly which I believe is the green one. Hopefully I can use someones lift and tackle both replacements back to back.

Thanks,
Jason
