Euro Cams on 380sel?
Hello everybody,
I've been reading a lot of the threads where people have asked about ways to make a 380sel faster. For the most part, I understand there isn't a whole lot you can do without breaking the bank, and that swapping for a 5.0 or 5.6 liter may be the best bet. I've also read a couple options people have proposed. One that seems interesting is getting European Cams for the car. Does anyone know if a) this would have a worth-while effect, and b) where/how could I obtain euro cams? Thank you so much. Last edited by MaybeMerc; 01-24-2008 at 02:00 PM. |

They are combined with higher compression pistons so just the cams may not do much.

If you are going to go through the trouble of swapping engines I would hunt down a Euro 500...Lots more fun then a 380, and same amount of work in the end!
