Is there an easy way to see if an engine is an AMG 32V in a 1985 SEL? Thank you

If it has the wider head quad cam V8 in it (and is a w126) it is more than likely an AMG 32v....or an m119 retrofit. Not sure about how you would verify the model year from the motor if that is important to you
