TA0301 rebuilding perhaps...

I was searching around about the TA0301 airesearch son of a gun and found this site. Well I did the common wiggle spin test and I am sure this TA0301 will require a rebuild. Now the question is; Should I buy one of those ebay Garrett T3 kits to rebuild mine or should I just send it off to someone professionally that will ensure me of a quality rebuild?
I probably could buy one of those kits, put it all together and have it balanced, but then there's no guarantee from the rebuilder.
So where would you recommend buying a TA0301 rebuild kits (link?) ?
Or if you have a place in mind for rebuilding turbochargers, where would you send it? Shipping is no big deal as long as it's in the States. If it helps, I am located in the lower part of Michigan just in case there's someone locally around here.
PS, upgrades the guts for this rebuild would be a possibility, but buying a new turbo is my last resort.

I've had luck rebuilding turbo's myself. I usually go the extra steps and have the parts acid washed and/or media blasted so their immaculate. Balancing is usually okay as long as your compressor wheel isn't all chewed up. Make sure you get the torque specs on the compressor nut! That's really the only critical part during assembly.

Oh, If your T3 uses an internal wastegate you will want to check for cracks surrounding the port. If it's really bad you may just want to replace the turbine housing or find another turbo or turbine housing.

Thanks for the heads up. Do you know of any place that you'd recommend for rebuilding/rebuild parts? What kind of price would one expect to pay to have this TC rebuilt & balanced?

Welp looks like my one spare turbo is able to be rebuilt. Now it's up to finding a rebuild kit for it or finding someone that does them for a fair price.
