Ideas for the exhaust on my E430?

I've had my E430 for two days now and I'm in love with this car. I've been racking my brain and the only thing I can come up with to change is the exhaust. I don't want it to scream, I just want a nice deep V8 gurgle.

That being said, I've read about removing the resonators helping out a bit, without making it too loud. Where are the resonators? Are they the 2 seperate units, or is it the one unit in the back? If it's the 2 seperate units I was thinking about adding a crossover pipe in their place.

I'm open to ideas if anyone has any experience with this.

the resonator is like a muffler. Under the car there is what is to appear to be a muffler toward the center on the car, that is the resonator. The back muffler is the muffler the center one is the resonator. give that a try if you are satisfied then try a muffler with the resonator back on. I say to put the resonator back on because you dont want it to scream. if you want the car to have a great rumble then go with borla, here is a link to get them on the cheap http://stores.ebay.com/Wicked-Nickys-Exhaust_Borla-Mufflers_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQfsubZ17QQftidZ2QQtZkm

I put her up on jack stands and from what I can tell there are dual cats, dual mufflers/resonators, a dual inlet dual outlet muffler, and another bigger, dual in dual out muffler right at the tips. If I was looking for a bit more sound, what would anyone suggest I take off? As small as the first two units are, I wouldn't think I'd get much by removing them. Any ideas??

I wanted a bit of rumble in my 84 500sec and removed the rear muffler and replaced it with a clamp on straight pipe so I could put the original muff back on when I sold it along.

Worked like a charm. Rumbled a bit, got a little better mileage and possibly a horsepower or two and when I got ready to sell it I put the original muff back on.

The straight pipe cost me about $40 something.
