Supercharge the M103?

Anyone supercharge an M103?

I want a little more power, and I know where to get a Paxton for 100 bucks!

Its been done.

Personally I would not.

If I wanted more juice I would find a 104 and drop in.

For low boost, you could probably retain your CIS system. For much more than a few pounds, you will need to convert to efi. That will not be cheap, so I guess that would probably be your biggest consideration

Can I retain the CIS with 7psi of boost?

You can retain the CIS-E regardless of boost if you use a method for fuel enrichment.
Extremely difficult to enrich using the EHA alone with a custom piggy back fuel control.
Much easier to install one or two additional injectors between the air valve assembly and the throttle body.
Control would be by an inexpensive stand alone like the Split Second additional injector controller.
Computer programmable and 3D mappable and is as effective performance wise as an EFI conversion.
