Sporty manual shift Benz?

Which models since 1994 are sport coupes with manual transmission in the US? I know there are the C class Sport sedans, but I'm really looking for a 2 door or maybe a 3 door (hatch). Any suggestions? Too bad MB didn't offer the C36 or C43 with manual transmissions.
Thanks very much
Tom in Tulsa

You could get a 5 speed in the R170/R171 chassis. Why only a 2 door post 94? The mid 80's 190e 2.3-16v cars were VERY sporty, played nice with E30 M3's and could be had with a dog leg 5 speed.

Not too interested in the SLKs. And the 190 2.3-16, like the E30 ///M3 are too maintenance intensive for me. What sporty, good handling manual transmission cars did Mercedes come out with from the '94 model year? Think nimble and coupe body style, kind of like the ///M3, but made by Mercedes. C240? C280? I know there were C class Sport models (sedans) that came with manual trannies.
Thanks very much,
P.S. I wish the Sportline option came with manuals. That would be ideal.

C230 Kompressor, C320 both came with a 6-speed in a hatchback/coupe 203 chassis.

If you want a sporty 94 model coupe with manual shift the best choice you could ever make is the E36AMG 124 series trust me

"some mods improve your car and make it into something it never was, other mods, however, although essentially the same, are not, and make that car a ricer"

if your car isnt shiny, you dont know what you are talking about, remember; paint shine = knowledge. In order to be taken seriously, you should spend all your money on paint, (and get a dyno reading).
Dont forget to polish it often
