S600 -93 Power chip problem!

I am helping a friend out with his S600 -93.

I have bought him the "HiPerformance Chipset" which is two chips, because the V12 has two ECUs.

I installed them myself, no problems, but we can not notice any difference with the chips installed.

He wanted to get rid of the up-shift delay, but it's still there.

I don't think the chipset is faulty. What can it be then?

Any ideas? Thanks!

Daniel from Sweden

Only thing those chips do is magnify the fuel signals so it gets more fuel and hopefully some more horsepower. I wouldnt even think there is a computer around that could a mercedes' slow shifting transmission. Especially since a 93 tranny would be more mechanical.

Who did you purchase this "High Performance Chipset" from? Do you have a better description of what the product is?
