I've got a 93 pearl black 500e.
don't drive it as much due to my 94 e420. I will never part with my 500e... not even for any of the newer AMG Es.

As per my signature, I've now added a 1992 500E to the stable, for my wife! It's still undergoing a restoration. Pics are on my website from when I took delivery; I'll take another batch after I get all the little stuff fixed or upgraded.

Nice to see the 500 chat...
I bought -Fads car so as most of you know it's a very well cared for 1994 E500. I've really been enjoying it these past months

Okay ! I had to sideline the project a little bit. But I'm BAAAAAAACK !
92 500E 64K miles +/- Had minor fire underneath that prompted me to fix other things on the car and another etc. Now Silver with grey int. new AMG 5 spokes, Renntech exh ( new), fan relay mod, euro headlight mod( with fogs etc), Time valve bypass. Cool air intake in lieu headlight wipers. To do -ASR defeat, elect fan ( ?? maybe ) I missed driving this so much but family, job loss etc made me shelve it. Alan

a Mercedes "for the wife" just means it's mine, but i'm letting her drive it. very short distances, don't get it dirty, park a mile away from everything, touch nothing but the steering wheel, door handle, shifter, and pedals.

Winchester, VA which is off I-81...Sept 25-28.
I plan on being there for Sunday and the auto-x and then I have to be in Reston, VA for work sometime Monday. I hope to get a run or 2 in at Summit Point before I have to go.

Great!, I love Summit Point. We used to run my 911 out there. I plan to get my kids out there for the kart racing later this month. I have to check the calendar but there is a GTG up in MD late September I hope the 2 do not clash.
