dbilas performance camshafts
anybody had any experience with dbilas dynamic camshafts?? seems they offer a few for the m103s plus other mercedes engines

No experience but it's nice to know something exists. I noticed they have cams for the 117, 119, 120 and 137 as well. For those V engines they were all listed as Road application so I'm not sure if they are a stock replacement or a little more performance.

the dbilas manifold have full exhaust and ram air carbon fibre induction kit.

The regrinds are going to be more involved to get the geometry correct...ie, shims/lash caps..they do have springs listed which is Good.
New cams are more plug and play. His 117 grind is OK, but still pretty mild! Some of those M103 grinds are pretty wild..it would be fun to play with some of those  Jonathan

I've taken my solid lifter cams Pretty far on a 10-1 engine.
My 'test' bed is an engine w/ around 200K and it spends the bulk of it's time being run on the track or flogged mercilessly on the street turning and making good power to 67/6800 rpm in the process. There are ways to keep alignment/timing etc, in spec.. Although I would like to make some adjustable cam gears so I could play with timing even more. Jonathan
