280 SL engine weight
I was reading a thread earlier that linked to an SL resto/upgrade place. It listed C43 engine as well as a 69 3.5 ; possibly a factory prototype ? Mentioned was the fact that the 3.5 weighed only 40 lbs more than the six. What does the six weigh ? :beer:

I don't have a weight for it, but it's DAMN heavy to lift out of a truck...even with 4 guys lifting.
