Nology HotWires under fire.

Seems they need a new P R guy !

http://iwcweb.com/eclipse/html/warning.html

I just bought a set of their Silver HP Spark Plugs for my Vmax and was doin' some Google lookin' up.

Now why wouldn't they have said '....we are sorry about your problems with our wires..we'd like to find out what happened and reimburse you for your inconvenience...."

Just seems short sighted to me in this high speed info' sharing age.

I wouldn't run them no matter what someone said..! The stock solid core wires our cars run are already considered high performance and do the job quite Nicely!

I think what Jon says is true. The stock MB wires are excellent at least for there intended application.

I also have to question the burn through. Sometimes this happens in the field by poorly trained technicians. I cringe when I see a tech short a wire to ground using a test light poked through the insulation. It may be no problem when it leaves the shop but give it a few months for the elements heat and vibration to start working on that broken insulation and its all over.
