Cracked Ducktail w124

I purchased a Ducktail spoiler for my vehicle and it looks like it somehow got damaged in transit. What is the best way to fix this spoiler? The spoiler is made out of some sort of foam how do I re-attach the main piece back together?

was it insured? file a claim.

I'm sure 3M makes some form of adhesive to bond them back together
