2001 ML430 Supercharged and nitrous

Ok.. So when I was young and stupid ( or crazy) I went and dropped a supercharger and a 100 shot of nitrous into my beloved ML. and yesterday I finally blew the motor! Now and heres the question... I was looking for a donar car.. I came across an 97 S600 with 75000 miles. And Im torn between taking the beautiful m120 v12 and dropping it in the ML and keeping the nitrous and possibly a couple turbos.. Or should I junk the ML and concentrate on the S600?.. Looking for suggestions and or professional opinions.. Heres a pic of my ML

When the day is done the S600 is going to have more value than the Alabama Trash Can.

M120 won't fit without major surgery. The ML was designed with a short engine bay that couldn't fit the inline 6 M104 anymore. Thats why Mercedes went to V6 engines around the same time the ML came out. If it can't fit an line 6, it can't fit a V12.

Does that '97 S600 use any sort of DAS? I would be shocked if it didn't. If it does, it means that you will need to transplant a lot more parts to get the engine computer to work.

Leave the engine in the S class.

Keep the S600, convert the whole thing to aftermarket computers, ie Haltech/Megasquirt ECU and a Powertrain control solutions TCU to drive the auto and you will have a absolute beast even before you start playing with the engine

Well, if you intended to drive the S600 like it was an ML, then won't the car get high-centered on the first big rock?
