Interesting 500E Euro Brakes on ebay
Saw these on eBay today. My calipers are not painted like this. I don't speak German, and the babelfish / AltaVista translation is a bit rough. Are these German only?

Looks like the early 500E brakes which were made by BREMBO and were made from aluminum.
In the USA, MB got so many complaints due to how noisy the aluminum brakes were, they were "goodwill" changed out to the steel calipers from a 500SL. :-) neil
