Just test drove a 2001 CLK 55!!!! WOW!!
 

I've never had such an intense adrenalin rush after driving a car before!!!! This thing is a friggin' rocket ship! On freeway onramps I was easily doing 90 before having to merge with other traffic! The torque band on the car is amazing. . . It never needs mmore than an upshift to launch you into the next galaxy!! Jeez!!

Granted, this automobile is a major invitation to tickets but wow, is this thing fun!! To those of you who own one, I congratulate you on having (or at least trying to have) the self control to not speed all of the time. I know that if I owned one, I'd need to keep a suitcase of cash in the trunk to pay off all of the speeding tickets!!!

Man, I want an E55 so bad! I envy the AMG drivers. I can't wait to get it and get my first speeding ticket! That ticket is inevitable! As soon as I sell my 98 E430 I am in the AMG crowd.

Although I don't own the E55, and my dad doesn't let me drive it, I can definately say this is one hell of a car.

The only time I have ever felt scared because of pure power was in the E55. My dad is 54, he by no means drives like a maniac, but when he puts his foot down it is unbelievable.

It is defianetly a car to get you speeding tickets....... if the cops can catch you! :)
