Quaife lsd 3.06 ratio abs feeler.

I am thinking of upgrading my rear end to a 215mm rear and axles, driveshaft etc. I want to be able to hit it hard at the strip.
Wanted to know if anyone would be interested in my 210mm differential with the quaife in it. Other parts would be available also, driveshaft and half axles.
I was thinking 1200.00 for the differential. It has only been in for about a year. Maybe 1000 miles and two the track twice. I will recheck clearances etc. when I remove it. I am probably about 6-8 months from doing this Unless someone wants it sooner then I might move a little quicker.

Depending on your gear ratios you can just install a new unit. This unit is for abs cars and is shared in a lot of cars but the 140 has a few different housings. Give me your vin and I can look up your differential and tell you what will fit.

What I am getting is that you are a s320 right? You will have high gears like 3.57 or 3.75 or something in that range. There are a few options for this. You cannot put a quaife in with those gear ratios. I am not sure that my unit would work for you either as I do not know if the case is the same etc. It could be done but you might need axles and a driveshaft. I just do not know for sure. Also the 3.06 ratio would really bring the accleration down. If you are boosted, which I think you are this might help though with the ratios being down from the 3.7-- range. If you have the 722.5 transmission be careful with running a lot of power throught that thing.

Hmm okay I see. Yeah it is an S320. I haven't heard many good things about these transmission, And no I won't be pushing it all that much until I convert to a manual box.
I guess that's not good for me then, thanks mate .
