Anyone know the details on this M104 swapped W114?

mercedes w114 250 CE 300-24V M104 - YouTube

This guy also has some other interesting videos. I'm thinking about an M104 swap rather than improving the M110, thoughts?

M104 can be swapped without much problem, if you can do the wiring, whatever if it's a KE-Jetronic M104 300-24 or an electronic 2.8/3.2 (though you may need extensive wiring work).

Also I don't clearly see what's the problem to hop up old M110. It had a very nice head design, so big power shouldn't be a problem, actually. Plus K-/KE-Jetronic is friendly to performance mods, if it's in good condition.

Cams and stuff ain't a problem.

I own an m110 euro. After I sell it, I'm going to buy another. Its such a sweet engine. Cams, headwork, bigger valves and compression increase. Tie it all together with efi and a manual gearbox. Loads of fun and power with a lot less maintanence
