Working with a manufacturer that will make custom Gen2 W126 Rear Sway bars if we get enough committments. Figure $150ish per unit. 19mm to 21mm size (up from 14mm). They prefer 25 units and I have 10 solid committments so far including my own.

This will be a new product, CNC manufactured, but like all custom new products we will be learning as we go.

20mm up from 14mm is a humungous stiffness increase like about 3 times the torsional stiffness.
