16v suspension component ?
Currently have a lowered 16 with H&R springs and Bilstein struts. I am fitting 17 x 7.5 wheels with 215/40/17 tires and then taking it in for alignment.
Since I will be taking it to a suspension shop I want to have the rest of my suspension components checked i.e. steering, bushings, ball joints, arms etc. I have a feeling I am going to find some wear on some of these components and wanted to ask anyone out there if there are better components other than OEM replacements? I am not looking to race and do not want race components that wears out quickly. But if there is better (todays technology) I would like to know what they are and where I can source them... Any advice would be saweeeeeeeeeeeeeet. |

I am pretty sure that performance parts offers a kit for the rear suspension. They are all new rear control arms from Renntech. It is very expensive though...just under $1500. But im sure you would get better handling in the rear.

Do a search on the net for Delsing Motorsports (or something like that). They designed their own set of front and rear stuff that's worth looking into. Save $ over RennTech...
Happy motoring...

The link is Delsing
If you do not have his shift bushings, you need them. They remove all of the spong and slop out of the shifter.

I've been racing a 190 for almost ten years.
Have built three race only 190s(two 2.6 ITS/E and my 16v ITE cars) and have used both the RennTech & Delsing parts. The Delsing parts are my first choice! The arms fit perfect without drilling out the hubs etc. |
