polished throttle body?
Anyone here do this, and how much did it help you. Watch a neat video at Benzworld. Start with a dremel stone,to sand paper working to 240 grit, and then scotch bright. Then Metal polish, you only touch the area where throttle plate rest, with metal polish

Much ado about nothing. You aren't gaining anything unless you increase the flow all the way through the system. What good will it do to have a 300 CFM flow through the intake if you only have a 275 CFM flow out the exhaust? (made up numbers for comparative purposes ONLY!)

Right Mike D,I figured if you ported and polished the head, then it would be better.I can't find headers for mine,so I removed cats, and got rid of mufflers, and use a single Borla race muffler.

Honestly I'd be surprised if you could measure a 1CFM difference at the rate these engine flow air at.

Maybe you should consider going forced induction or buying a faster car, you're sort of grasping at straws here over basically no power increases.

Throttle bodies and MAF housings actually like to have some roughness to let the air tumble.
It may look fancy to polish it, but it won't help.
