Any options for lowering 2003 SL500?

Just got a car with sport pack, but noticed that the wheels should fill the arches a little better. Any suggestions? Does it affect the ABC?

If you try to lower the suspension on a car with ABC, you might have to recalibrate the computer to the new settings. ABC is a very sophisticated electromechanical device. MB engineers spent a great deal amount of time to perfect this marvel. The system incorporates many sensors to monitor the vehicle's dynamics. I don't know the exact name of the sensor, but I know there must be one for ride height. If you lower the suspension without telling the computer, the computer might put too much force on the suspension. This could damage the suspension components.

But anyway, how's the car besides the cosmetic issue? SL55 AMG is on my wish list.
