Hoping some one might have some info. about the life and times of North American C 36's? I have a 1997 C36, 55,000 miles, Black Opel. I bought the car out of Louisiana, but I know the car is originally from Canada, I believe that there were 1500 C36's in N.A. for 1997, is that just the US or is that US and Canada??? Also does anyone know how many Black Opel ones there might be around? Is there any differences between US and Canadian versions (besides DRL's)? Just some trivia I'd like to know?? Thanks for any help

Canadian and US C36s are virtually the same.. except DRL and gauge cluster... Canadian model has KM/H on speedometer while US has MPH outer/KMH inner speedo....

Silver and Black Opal seems to very popular.....no idea how many Black Opal were made though...
