I accidentally left a few key words out of the line in my post above about 500E/E500 bars.
I've fixed it now.

Here are some bars bigger than 500e, but they will not help your rubbing.

the entire reason I am rubbing in the rear is because of body roll. Eliminate (reduce, really) body roll and voila.. no more rubbing. The car should not roll enough to eliminate a 2" fender to wheel clearance and rub at 5mph.. its that simple.

also, the front's are within the front fenders, the rears have 2mm of poke past the fenders that will be fixed with a slight camber adjustment.

Not sure why you are getting rubbing if you have 2" clearance !
I ran 7.5 wide ET35 and 8 wide ET35 rims with stock suspension and no rubbing.
How much is your car lowered ?

The Sportline bars are more than enough to handle even high power in the 124 chassis.
You might want to consider boxing the suspension with front and rear upper strut braces.
But if you are running stock power than the strut braces not necessary.

You might want to examine all the rubbers in your suspension.
Upgrading the hard parts is worthless if you have movement due to worn rubber.
