Cant wait to see the results!

Also good choice on the fuel pressure regulator. Those aeromotive A1000-6 seem to be the best out on the market.

Seat of the pants for sure has to be improved. Still rocking that puny exhaust crossover pipe?

I dig the ability to use the OE air filter can. It will probably hurt a bit of power up top.

Are you running four banks of two injectors or two banks of four?

Yeah, that needs to go soon, euro logs and tri-ys are hard to find for a reasonable price! I did order a set of exhaust flanges recently though, intended for turbo someday but I might consider making my own dual logs. I think it would be possible to cut the downpipes off and swap left/right for turbo use when the time comes.

I like the stock look too much to get rid of it, unless it's for turbos. MAP should tell me if I'm losing anything or not once it's back on. A set of these could always be an option M117 High flow intake snorkel (fiberglass) | dkubus Pty Ltd

It's fully sequential, 8 banks of 1

Edit: Actualy, now that I think about it, gutting the air box and hiding an air/water intercooler inside could look real nice.

I paid about $200 for my logs and downpipes. Very nice difference in power on my 560. I still have the stock, main catalyst...thinking about removing it. Thoughts if worth the hassle?

Certainly no rocket, but runs well and spinning the tires from a dead stop is effortless. Needs FGS, but has so much torque it rolls out at 1500rpm in second with ease. On the hunt for a 400E valve body.

Sequential is awesome. Did I miss the picture of the cam sensor or was it not needed?

Mine was clogged, so it made a pretty big difference, not sure how much restriction it is normally.

"Cam" sensor is inside the distributor, MS doesn't care if the cam trigger moves around as long as it doesn't overlap the missing tooth on the crank wheel.

I'm venturing on a very similar project. I'm having trouble figuring out how to plumb the idle air control. I've removed the stock plastic injector housing (for lack of a better term for where the stock idle air control was plumbed). Where have you guys plumbed it into the intake manifold?

I have mine running into the EGR inlet. Used a piece of heater hose with a spring inside to keep it from collapsing.

[QUOTE=300SD81;3531889]Got the cam/distributor trigger installed today. Made a little mounting bracket to sit in the recess in the distributor, and put a magnet in the rotor. Didn't get a picture before I closed it back up, but I epoxied the magnet in for additional security even though it was already a tight press fit. I also taped a layer of aluminum foil over the sensor and wiring inside the dist for shielding, I don't know how much of a difference it made, but there's zero noise on the scope reading. I might make a metal version to replace my badly cracked dust cover, but it won't be a functioning dist for much longer anyways...

Is there a chance you may have more pics on the dizzy cam sensor solution? I am having so many ideas that I can't figure it out. Thanks

Anybody interested in trigger wheels (36-1) for the M116/117? I had a few made up.

$20 delivered via USPS, bare metal. $22 with weld through primer.

See post #3 in this thread for application and installation. These are 1/8" steel not as thick as he had made. They work great with MS. I've been using one on my M115 for the last few years. No advantage/disadvantage to using a thinner wheel, it was just more convenient to have them cut from 1/8" mild steel.

It does make them easier to powder coat if desired.

Two versions. One has a rounded cut and one is a straight cut. No difference in performance. I had them made differently because I was curious as to whether there would be a difference.

The ring is merely sitting on the end of the pulley. Showing the fit.

Considering an MS setup myself but I read the above and wanted to pass on what little information I have. I did read that the euro-logs as they are called i.e., "euro true duals" actually create even more torque than the tri-y's. The latter is much better for higher rev areas and thus create more horsepower.
