Please see the diagram and confirm the routing for the w/a system is correct.

More or less, that will get it done. Be mindful of air pockets when building your system.

I would run the expansion tank in series with the hot water line.

Also, might be worth installing the cooler on a slight angle, and drill and tap in an air bleed line.
