722.3 problems

Hi there...

I have a w202 turbo with 722.3 an am having problems shifting from 2 to 3 under big duty

Can anybody help PLEEEASE

Turn your modulator pressure up until it will take it. I would start with 2-3 turns. It will shift much firmer the rest of the time but if you can get it to hold then you will be good for a while.

In my turbo wagon 3rd gear was what finally gave up. Built another trans with more clutches and steels. Additionally I run more pressure in the trans and defeated the 3,4 pressure reduction in the valve body. This makes the valve body a little screwy on shift timing but not too bad. If there was an option for a left side drop transfer case I'd have dumped the 722.3 for a 722.6. I've got one installed in my coupe built to take more than double what my built 722.3 will take for about the same money. The controller to run it is a significant investment though. Good, fast, cheap...... pick two.

So u say that i have not so much pressure for the 2-3 shift

Should i change the spring in the K1?

Or should i go to 722.6
