You get the bushings for the rods underneath (12 total because they are split)

Then you get 2 bushings for the shifter.

Total of 14 pcs total.

I've used delrin shifter bushings on my track car with great results for years. Since then I also got a set from JC for my daily. Highly recommended.
You can buy with confidence, build quality and fitment is always top notch on everything he sells.

We did go with the poly bushing kit that I believe 5thscaleracer sells. It does make it feel much better in on the lift. Haven't had a chance to try it on track. Would recommend doing this.

However the clearance on the trans side of the shift rod bushings is just a little too tight and we sanded ours down some to fit. Also it can be difficult to install this with the trans in the car. If I had to do it again I'd probably tilt the trans some.

There are some variances on the shift rods.

If yours are a little tight that means that there has been little wear to the cad plating over the past 20 years.

Over all glad you like them

For a 1983 R107 280SL Euro 5 spd... very aware of the benefit of delrin bushings but how about shifter modification (extension of the arms for shorter throw)? I've had that on my W124 done (a few years ago) and its great but person who did it is now agonizingly slow to respond to emails, would like other source(s). Thanks!
