Looking for recommendations on chipping for performance and torque on my 2012 turbo diesel now that it is out warranty. ;)

Have a look in the diesel car section for someone that got a tune for a 98 or so E300, the same place might be able to help you. Also look in the parts classified, someone advertised an add on box. I think it was sold but at least you can get a brand.

Kleeman makes one, Renntech makes one, VRTuned makes one, Malone tunes them, Diablosport has a unit out for the V6, Green Diesel Engineering has one, lots of options.

SL320 is talking about Rocketdog, I don't know if they do the OM642 or not.

Different engine, but I am running stock "tune" but an EGR delete on my OM648 E320 CDI and noticed a little more fuel economy, less smoke, and a little faster spool with just that.
