M104.980 in 300sl

I'm interested in purchasing a turbo manifold for my m104.980, but want to make sure that I'll need an exhaust manifold for a m104, or do I need one for a m103 given this is an early m104 with cis?

The vehicle is a 1990 300SL-24 I acquired.
The turbo manifolds I'm looking at:

Its the same as the later 104 bolt pattern
