No headers for the M103 but we are scheduled to produce something for the M104.

It's still in development scheduled for December 2015 to have a prototype

Sad part is low cost is not part of the deal. Most of my projects are designed the following priorities..
1. Quality
2. Proven power gains
3. 100% direct fitment

Cost is something I consider last. But it's safe to say shorty headers will probably run 1300-1800.

Cost is a factor for the majority of the population. You need to consider that. We don't need an exhaust system that is gonna last 40 years on a car that is already 20-plus years old.

Please remember that I am a supporter of your efforts. You've already seen that on another site where you also have a thread. But I'll tell you again: You MUST make cost a higher priority.

Unless you and the other 3-5 people that will buy these products for 900-1000 dollars and see no performance gains of any measure order 50-100 each his price est is actually pretty cheap.

The reality is that materials cost a lot for this stuff. Even mild steel. It still is a 500+ materials bill to make even the simplest headers out of mild steel. You have a collector and the header flanges and mandrel bends even just a few to make a uneven off angle header adds up.
And you have to mess around with a few different layouts to figure out what works. Then jig it up so you can make copies.

See his own words quoted above. I'm simply saying that he needs to move cost up his list a little.

It's the same deal with your 5-spd auto tranny swap: For what it costs, a fellow (or gal) could buy a nice W210 E420 with that trans already in it!

But you cannot compare to just buying a new car. Truth be told and I have said it before modifications is a loosing proposition. Go get a job flipping burgers in the evening after work and buy what ever you want. If I count my hours in my own projects they make no financial sense what so ever but I enjoy the project. As many others do.
And I have sold probably nearing 100k worth of transmission controllers world wide. It is about what the product will do for you and your goals. You should not buy headers and performance exhaust on a m103 or do a 722.6 swap for driving to the grocery store. But if you are going to put a turbo or supercharger on it and want a exhaust and transmission to deal with it then you should consider these. But to do it right is not cheap.

If this exhaust is even still available for purchase, I have a few questions.

1. Would there be any possibility of ordering it with 3" piping? If not, I would settle for the 2.5".

2. Could I purchase just the last two sections? I want to use it on a turbodiesel car, so the M103 and M102 downpipes will not fit. Unless you could also produce a diesel downpipe, which would be great.

3. I saw on other forums that you also offer a turn-down tip muffler option, as seen below. Would it be possible to get it with shorter tips that hide completely behind the bumper (especially the regular bumper), like the stock exhaust?

Sorry, I know that is a lot of custom requests, but this is still the only exhaust that comes closest to what I am looking for.

Stock tip length for comparison.
