sealing compound.

I need to replace the front, main, oil seal on my M110. Manual says to use
sealing compound part # 0019892920 on the new seal. Anyone know of a locally available, same as, product?? Thanks.

Answered my own question. Turns out it's just oil pan seal, nothing special. Thanks.
