6 speed on a M103?

I'm looking at putting a 6 speed from a slk230 behind a 3.0 M103. Will the M103 5 speed clutch work? We currently have a 5 speed with the single mass flywheel mated to this engine. I'm hoping the clutch is the same so this will work with the 3 pickup flywheel these engines need to run.

I'm not too concerned with the trans holding up as the m111k makes similar power and torque to the m103.

I don’t think it’ll work because the 6 speed transmission needs a dual mass flywheel. I have a dual mass flywheel from a 103 with a new clutch kit willing to swap for your single mass flywheel

That's what I was worried about. I believe you but I'd like to drop my trans and compare it to a 6 speed. That's going to take about a month. Is this a trade you're looking to do soon? What shape is the flywheel in? Would you like to pm me?

You need the six speed from the C230 with the m111 engine and not the V6 engine.
